Workshop Het Arbeidsmarktcommunicatieplan

Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie behoort een wezenlijke bijdrage te leveren aan de recruitment-, p&o-, communicatie- en uiteindelijk organisatiedoelstellingen. Het helpt om zowel op de korte als lange termijn de doelstellingen niet uit het oog te verliezen. Een navigatiesysteem dat je leidt naar succes op de arbeidsmarkt. De Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie geeft geregeld de workshop Het Arbeidsmarktcommunicatieplan.

In deze workshop werk je vanuit de lange termijn organisatiestrategie aan een (meerjaren) arbeidsmarktcommunicatieplan. In de workshop wordt uitgebreid stil gestaan bij de input, die vanuit de organisatie nodig is om een meerjarenstrategie te vormen. Op basis van het meerjarenplan wordt vervolgens gekeken hoe je een operationeel arbeidsmarktcommunicatieplan kunt opstellen. Gedurende de workshop werk je met andere deelnemers aan het eigen strategische en operationele arbeidsmarktcommunicatieplan.
